RF Engineering Services-Integration Call Test\Static Test and Mobility Testing-Complete support of stationary testing in the main beam of each sector. Verify proper PCI or PN and Rx Power in accordance with the specific technology. Scan frequency to identify PN's or PCI's not showing in Active, or Neighbor sets, identifying Top N pilots and Ec\Io. Test all handoffs from sector to sector by driving around the site in both directions. Optional setup ping relays to record packet trip delays through measurement tools and\or MS-DOS. Pre-Punch walk will be conducted as part of the shakedown process consisting of verifying sectors, cable color coding, any irregular cabling deformities (such as loose connectors damaged cables), mechanical and electrical tilt verification (if antennas are accessible) according to RF specs as given by the Design Engineer. 

• Shakedown sites with respect to the technology. This includes long call and short calls for voice. Data calls shall consist of pinging round trip delays, FTP and HTTP uploads and downloads. Verify all sector IDs and PCI and verify that site is performing within RF specifications.

Support design for new sites, sector adds or splits and DAS simulcasts with turnkey support from beginning to site on air.

• Cluster testing all site sectors and handoffs between neighboring sites, closely monitoring active set and neighbor sets in relation to configuration given by RF Engineers

• Provide support for Customer Trouble Ticket Resolution by duplicating Customer experience and allowing client Engineer to perform Call Traces.

Scope of Work and Service Offering

• Manage all Field activities and provide critical support in troubleshooting and resolving any RF related issue. 

• Conduct team meetings with our contractors weekly, verifying all equipment integrity and that prescribed process and practices are being observed and followed as required.

• Address issues with contractor teams and supply clients with minutes from meetings if found pertinent.  

• Track all activities and send client updates on a daily or weekly basis.

 The scope of work shall include key resources to support the needs of our clients. Key resources include Technicians and Engineers with years of experience in Design, performance and Drive Testing and the RF Engineering spectrum of needs. FutureWayz  will assist with antenna design, implementation and tilt azimuth verification using mapping tools, magnetic compass and GPS for location of antennas (including Site GPS). Upon locating antenna, we will make changes if required which are accessible, or notify appropriate Engineer if said antennas are on towers; building flush mount; or water tanks and or, other structures deemed non accessible.
